Warehouse Inventory Coordinator
Full Time – Permanent
Monday to Friday - Between 08:30am – 17:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our client based in Swindon.
Role Summary
To support the accurate control, movement, and reconciliation of stock within the warehouse through operational stock control activities.
Overall accountability for the accuracy of the stock within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out cyclical stock check, and support annual stock take activities as instructed

Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings to Warehouse Management

Act as an operational contact for missing stock, barcode errors, and sub-lot discrepancies

Process Return Material Authorisation (RMA) stock checks and returns in line with defined procedures

Process returns on a quarterly basis as instructed

Support with offsite storage

Support inter-company transfers of returned stock

Use pick-assist vehicles including Counterbalance, Reach Truck and WAVs

Update stock records accurately using Openda (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)) and warehouse systems

Carry out system adjustments only in accordance with authorised instructions

Provide stock information to and collaborate with Purchasing and Quality teams when requested

Process queries, rejects, and returns following established procedures

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for basic reporting and communication

Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management
Skill & Qualifications
Required
-
3+ years in stock/inventory control
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Confident using handheld scanners, touchscreens, and computer systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and positive attitude
-
Ability to read and write English and perform basic mathematical calculations

IT literate with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
Essential
- Reach Truck & Counterbalance licence
Desired
-
IOSH Managing safely (or similar qualification)

5+ years in stock/inventory control
-
Interconnect product experience
