We are currently recruiting for experienced Carpenters / Workshop Operatives for a busy workshop role with ongoing work (1 month+) due to increased workload.
Location:
Workshop-based role (on-site parking available)
Occasional site work for installations (optional, depending on location)
Rate:
£210 per day
Weekend work available at time and a quarter
Hours:
08:00 – 17:00
30-minute break
9 hours paid per day
Duties:
Bench joinery and workshop-based carpentry
1st fix framing
Assisting with painting and decorating when required
Preparing and setting up installations
Supporting with projects for major brands (e.g. event and promotional builds)
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Proven carpentry experience (bench joinery and/or 1st fix)
Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
Good attitude and willingness to muck in across tasks
IPAF, Forklift or Reach Truck licences are beneficial but not essential
