The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy Sales & Logistics team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your coordination skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the day-to-day coordination of outbound shipments and customer collections

Liaising with third-party transport providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

Acting as a key point of contact for customers and couriers, handling queries and resolving issues professionally

Raising purchase orders and preparing all relevant shipment documentation

Tracking outstanding collections and returns, ensuring they are followed through to completion

Maintaining accurate records and communicating any updates, changes, or additional charges
About You

Strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills

Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Office 365 is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided
