The Role:
Full-time position based in Chelmsford
Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Opportunities within nursery and educational support settings
Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
Working as part of an exciting, friendly, and supportive team
Nursery applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification
LSA experience or relevant support experience is highly desirable
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification and/or LSA experience
Passion for supporting children’s education and development
Positive, reliable, and flexible attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to create safe, nurturing, and engaging environments
