Position 1 Recruitment is working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing company to hire a Project Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, supporting projects and engaging with stakeholders.
Working Hours & Location:

Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after probation)

Monday–Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30

Friday: 08:30 – 13:30 (early finish)
Project Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

Compile and manage project and technical documentation for client submissions.

Drive timely documentation flow across departments to meet project deadlines.

Identify and escalate project risks, maintaining and updating the risk register.

Support end-to-end project coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

Track and follow up on documentation approvals to prevent delays.

Assist with procurement processes, including work orders and BOM updates.

Monitor critical project documentation and proactively flag risks to Project Managers.

Act as a communication link between project teams and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project data in AX and CRM systems, including delivery timeline
You will need

Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams, clients, and expeditors.

Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced or technical environment.

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., AX, CRM) is advantageous
