Based at a purpose-built facility in the Trafford Park area of Manchester, they are looking for a reliable and organised administrator to support their busy operations team.
What is on offer for the Parts & Service Administrator:

c£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:30)

Job Requirements for the Parts & Service Administrator:
This is a dual-function role sitting within the Operations Department, ensuring service engineers are equipped with the right parts and customers receive first-class support.

Identify, order, and issue spare parts to engineers using electronic parts catalogues and inventory management systems.

Assist in scheduling engineer visits for routine maintenance, breakdowns, and LOLER inspections.

Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries, providing quotes, lead times, and order tracking.

Process parts-specific paperwork, maintain accurate digital records, and assist with invoicing for completed works.

Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock checks, and manage returns or damaged items.
Person Requirements for the Parts & Service Administrator:

Previous experience in a parts or service department, ideally within automotive, plant, or materials handling

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) with the ability to learn parts-specific databases

Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills across both technical and corporate audiences

Proactive, able to multitask under pressure, and strong attention to detail

Full UK driving licence required
