Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the role will support day-to-day transactional finance activities, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing across supplier invoices and employee expenses.
Key Responsibilities

Process and post supplier invoices accurately and in line with company policy

Review, audit and process employee expense claims

Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries

Respond to internal and external finance queries

Maintain supplier and employee records within the finance system

Post journals and support adhoc finance administration as required
About You
-
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role

Comfortable working in a team-based finance environment

Confident communicator with internal stakeholders and suppliers
