This role involves a wide range of butchery, including carcass butchery and sausages making, as well as serving customers at the counters and preparing meat for the chefs in our café kitchen.
Our butchery comprises of 6 counters and a large multi-deck fridge, all filled with meats cut and prepared by our in-house butchers.
