Site Administrator – Civil Engineering Project

Red Sky Personnel are working alongside a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering works on a major infrastructure scheme in North London, and due to ongoing project demands, they are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support site operations on an ongoing contract. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced civils project, supporting engineers and site management while ensuring all documentation, records, and administrative processes are maintained efficiently and in line with project requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, drawings and reports
Assisting with document control and maintaining accurate filing systems
Processing timesheets and supporting payroll administration
Coordinating site inductions and maintaining training records
Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance
Liaising with site teams, engineers and subcontractors
Managing general site office duties and administration
Assisting with reports, data entry and project documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Site Administrator, Site Admin or Document Controller within construction or civil engineering
Experience supporting live site operations on infrastructure or construction projects
Strong understanding of site documentation including RAMS, inductions and H&S paperwork
Experience with timesheets, reporting and general administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
