About the Role:
Industrious Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our Bedford based client for Production Operatives to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing.
Working on the production line, you will support the assembly and production of the products while ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.
Duties will include:

Working on a fast-paced production line

Assembling and processing products

Packing finished products ready for dispatch

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards

Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided where required)

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

Following all health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:

Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Good attention to detail

Reliable with a strong work ethic
