Academics are working with a number of supportive and well-resourced SEN schools across East Kent who are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology graduates to join their teams as Learning Support Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), ADHD, and Speech and Language difficulties.
The Role: Psychology Graduate - SEN Learning Support Assistant
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to help create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Psychology Graduate - SEN Learning Support Assistant
Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Supporting communication and social development

A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
