Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £24,570 per annum

Must have previous Compliance admin experience / social housing experience
- Leatherhead office base
- liaising with clients, residents and other internal departments
- taking calls from residents, clients and other departments regarding annual services
- looking after compliance inbox, actioning reports, booking jobs and allocating relevant engineers
- booking locksmiths / forced entry appts
