Caritas Recruitment is working with Cafcass to recruit an experienced Agency Family Court Adviser (FCA) to support Work After First Hearing (WAFH) across Public and Private Law.
This is a temporary interim role offering excellent hourly pay and flexibility of office base.

Role: Agency FCA - WAFH (Public & Private Law)

Location: Peterborough or South Lincolnshire
(Office base either Peterborough or Lincoln)
Contract Type: Temporary
Duration: Until 31/03/2027
Hours: 37 per week
Pay Rate: £33 per hour (standard supply rate only)
Headcount: 1
Reason for Vacancy: Temporary interim capacity
Essential Criteria
Social Work qualified
Social Work England registered
Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months via the submitting agency
Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Desirable Criteria
Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
Additional Information
This role focuses on WAFH, covering both Public and Private Law work.
Please ensure candidates are submitted strictly at the £33 per hour standard supply rate.
