Established Logistics company requires a confident Customer Services Clerk, to join their office-based team. Providing excellent customer service and performing administrative tasks, the role of Customer Services Clerk requires a People Person with excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT proficiency and willingness to learn. Experience within the Logistics industry would be beneficial (not essential – as full training will be provided).
The role of Customer Services Clerk is offered on a temporary to permanent basis with full time hours and immediate start available.
Duties of Customer Services Clerk:

Manage customer queries (telephone/email)

Provide information and assist customers with their concerns and queries

Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions

Maintain customer records and documentations

Communicate with other departments as needed to service customers

Keep updated with company policies and products to provide accurate information

Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive and professional service

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling or filing when needed
Skills/Experience required by Customer Services Clerk:

Previous experience in a similar role within Logistics industry (beneficial NOT essential)

Excellent communication (verbal and written)

IT proficient

Organised, high attention to detail

Flexible and willing to learn

Able to cope well under pressure

Own transport advantageous as poor public transport available to site
Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
Rate of Pay: £13.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
