What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
Managing automated methods and temperatures to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Communicating and coordinating with the production team to meet our busy production schedules.
Actively participating in regular shift-related meetings to share critical information.
What You'll Need:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess:
Basic Maths and English skills.
A desire to learn and willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
A valid right to work in the UK.
