Office Administrator
Are you a master of multitasking who loves seeing a project through from the first call to the final delivery? We are looking for a versatile Office Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This isn’t your typical "desk job"—you’ll be the heartbeat of our site, coordinating between our customers, our factory, and our suppliers.
This position is heavily focussed on administration but we are looking for someone who wants to progress into a sales position. Training will be provided to enable you to transition from administration to dealing with our clients and bringing on new business so there is full career growth and opportunity for the right person.
Location: Kings Langley, Watford WD4
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
What you’ll be doing:

One minute you will be purchasing supplies, placing orders on to the system, helping with some bookkeeping, filling, system updates and making sure the site runs smoothly from an administration point.

You’ll be the right-hand person to our Managing Director and the friendly voice at the end of the phone for our clients.

Has an eye for detail: You spot a typo in a quote from a mile away.

Is tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with Sage, GT systems, and Excel.

Is a "People Person": You’re confident picking up the phone to win new business or resolve a supplier query.
