Precision Assembly Operative
Our client, a successful manufacturing business are currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position, working in Norwich.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Overtime is also available
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods
-
This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks.

Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly
-
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
-
Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output
-
A patient, focused and reliable approach to work

Take pride in producing high-quality, detailed work and enjoy working in a focused, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision assembly work on small-scale components
-
Carry out delicate soldering, including fine joints (e.g LED or similar electronic assemblies)
-
Maintain consistent quality across repetitive production tasks
-
Inspect and ensure all work meets required quality standards
-
Follow detailed instructions and assembly processes accurately.

You will be responsible for carrying out fine, intricate assembly tasks, working with small components where accuracy and consistency are essential.
