The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple divisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support across divisions

Coordinating domestic and international travel, including accommodation and expense processing

Managing travel arrangements for international visitors

Organising training sessions, conferences, and internal events

Supporting with the meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking

Maintaining and managing senior management diaries
-
Organising internal and external meetings, as well as team-building events
-
Updating records to ensure accurate and managing the database

Raising purchase orders, processing of invoices, and managing supplier records

Preparing and issuing invoices
-
Managing expenses
-
Arranging meeting room bookings

Managing subscriptions and renewals
-
General administrative support as required
Key skills

Previous administrative experience within a global corporate environment
