Interceptor Operatives / Drainage Gangs - Thames Water Works

Following a Teams call with the delivery team, we are recruiting experienced interceptor operatives / gangs to support ongoing Thames Water interceptor works across North London.
We are currently running 3 gangs, with plans to grow to 4, so we are looking for reliable, team‑focused operatives who are happy to support other gangs when required.
Scope of Works
Carrying out multiple interceptor works daily
Minimum 2 interceptors per day (typically targeting up to 12 per shift)
Mobile works across NW & NE London
Working as part of structured gangs with incentives planned for future phases
Essential Requirements
CAT & Genny
Confined Space - Medium Risk
Streetworks (NRSWA)
First Aid
Full UK Driving Licence
Thames Water Passport
Confident using smartphones/tablets
Able to upload photos and site evidence digitally
Strong understanding of health & safety
Team‑player mentality and willingness to assist other gangs
Desirable
Previous Thames Water or interceptor experience
Comfortable working in high‑output environments
Trial Shift
Paid, in‑person trial runs available at Heathrow
Ideal opportunity to demonstrate experience before long‑term placement
Face to face interview required
