Customer Service/Complaints Handler’s – Immediate Start (6 Roles)

We’re partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit 6 x Customer Service Advisors to join their fast-paced complaints team on a temporary basis, starting on 1st June 2026 for up to 6 months.

The Role
You’ll be at the heart of customer resolution—handling a mix of calls and written complaints, investigating issues, and delivering fair, compliant outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and dealerships to resolve matters quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a high volume of incoming calls and written complaints

Investigating issues thoroughly to identify root causes

Delivering clear, fair, and timely resolutions

Drafting professional and compliant written responses

Liaising with internal departments and third parties to gather key information

Ensuring all cases meet regulatory standards and customer fairness principles
What We’re Looking For

Experience in complaints handling within a regulated environment (financial services ideal)

Confidence managing high-volume calls and correspondence

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
The Details

Redhill (office-based for 12 weeks, then hybrid)

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Starting 1st June (subject to vetting)

Initial 6-month assignment
