Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming visitors in person and handling enquiries via phone and email
Preparing documents, letters, and general correspondence
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Supporting internal processes, including reviewing and improving policies and procedures
Assisting across the office with ad hoc administrative support as needed
Key Requirements:
A degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
