Four Squared Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and courteous support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or face‑to‑face
Handling a high volume of queries while maintaining excellent service standards
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a calm and professional manner
Accurately updating customer records and internal systems
Providing clear and accurate information about products/services
Escalating complex issues where appropriate
Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements About You:
Previous experience in a customer service or customer‑facing role is desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive, professional, and empathetic approach
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging conversations
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using IT systems and standard office software
