Job Responsibilities
Pick orders accurately and supply products to production cells to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Perform general warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organising stock.
Operate material handling equipment such as Bendi/Flexi forklifts, counterbalance forklifts, and order pickers to move goods within the warehouse.
Verify stock availability and read customer orders to ensure correct picking and packing.
Prepare items for shipment by assembling, addressing, stamping, and arranging transportation.
Load and unload trucks, railway cars, and aircraft efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments by entering product information into the computer database.
Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, well-lit, and safe at all times.
Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and Fridays, to meet operational demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
Valid forklift certification for operating Bendi/Flexi, counterbalance, and order picker forklifts.
Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and handling materials safely.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and late afternoons.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Pay rate: £12.96 day shift
Pay rate: £ 15.81 afternoon shift
Pay rate: £ 16.85 night shift
