we are looking for an organised and proactive Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to support a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process incoming call enquiries, ensuring swift and professional responses
Meeting and welcoming clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Carry out basic administration tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
Booking appointments, liaising with sales team.What We're Looking For:
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learnShifts Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
Pay £13 per hour
