More about your role
Due to a period of growth, we are looking for a Hard Services Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Based predominantly on site in South Kensington, as well as covering additional sites in Battersea and White City, this is an exciting time to join a growing area of the business.
On a daily basis, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating hard services on site. You will be responsible for planning and organising the PPM programme and various other ad hoc activities.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical expertise, mentoring and leading junior members of staff. In addition, you will carry out Health and Safety checks where required and ensure that all documentation is kept up to date.
At Places for People we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More about you
The successful candidate will have experience within Hard FM and have a track record of leading/ managing teams. A good understanding of compliance, forward planning and client relations is also desired.
The successful candidate will have:
- Hard FM experience,
- A track record of leading/ managing teams,
- A valid electrical / mechanical qualification e.g. NVQ Level 3, C&G 2391,
- Experience of managing contracts.
