About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment administration within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. Full training, tools, and ongoing support will be provided.
You will support Recruitment Consultants and work closely with the Head of Consultancy to enhance both candidate and client experience. The role also offers exposure to recruitment systems and automation, playing a key part in improving internal processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Administrative Support

Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Talent Delivery team.

Act as a coordination point between consultants, candidates, and clients.

Maintain accurate records across internal systems and manage documentation.

Support the team with ad‑hoc operational tasks as required.
Job Advertising & Candidate Coordination

Create, format, and publish job adverts across job boards and CRM platforms.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing diaries and communications.

Monitor live adverts to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
Candidate & Campaign Support

Format, anonymise, and prepare CVs to a professional standard.

Coordinate candidate submission packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support engagement events such as candidate briefings and Q&A sessions.

Assist with post‑campaign communications, surveys, and reporting.
Systems & Continuous Improvement

Support administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and SharePoint.

Help develop automation to streamline routine tasks.

Work with senior colleagues to identify improvements to candidate and client journeys.
About You:
You will be highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident using Microsoft 365 and digital systems. Strong communication skills, a customer‑centric approach, and a proactive mindset are essential.
