Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract - with potential for extension
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000

Your responsibilities will include:
Complete booking and approval sign offs, ensuring all financial information is accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
Act as a key point of contact for finance related enquiries, responding to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Confidently handle finance related telephone calls, providing clear information and a high standard of customer service.
Prepare, check, and issue monthly invoices for your allocated accounts, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up as required to support timely payments and effective cash flow.
Review and process supplier invoices, maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to team guidelines, processes, and ways of working.
Provide flexible, ad‑hoc support to senior finance team members and leadership, including assisting with data requests and internal queries.What We're Looking For:

Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Clear, concise, and professional communication style.
Proficiency in Excel to manage data effectively.
Initiative to find answers to queries and draft clear email responses.

Ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately under time pressure.
