Assembly Operative (Manufacturing)
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 5:00pm
Crem Recruitment is currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in Haverhill. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking consistent, full-time work within a production environment.
Duties Include:

Manual handling of roof box components (lids and bases approximately 6kg)

Placing components onto workstations ready for assembly

Assembling products using hand tools, including rivet guns

Accurate hand application of labels

Working to production and quality targets

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping

Reporting near misses and unsafe conditions in line with health and safety procedures
Working Environment:

Manufacturing and assembly line setting

Fast-paced and target-driven environment

Can be noisy and warm, particularly during summer months or cold during winter months
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Safety footwear required – minimum S1P certification (S3 or S5 also acceptable)
