A welcoming specialist setting in Chieveley is looking for a committed Complex Needs Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Complex Needs Assistant to support pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, PMLD, and medical requirements.
The successful Complex Needs Assistant will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning and develop key life skills.
This Complex Needs Assistant role will involve:
- Providing personalised support to pupils with complex needs
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting communication and engagement in activities
- Helping to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Working alongside teaching and support staff
