Assembly Operative - Cheltenham | £13.50 per hour

Our client is looking for a skilled Assembly Operative to join their team on a 12-week temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where your precision and quality of work will play a key part in delivering high-standard products.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling and testing electrical sub-assemblies
Building and testing complete systems
Assembling parts from stores
Integrating sub-assemblies into finished products
Completing documentation accurately
Using company tablets to access engineering drawings, emails, and team communications
Scanning and recording supplier information
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Following company processes to ensure quality standards
Supporting stock control for production builds
What we're looking for:
Previous assembly or electrical assembly experience (essential)
Strong dexterity and attention to detail
Background in production or manufacturing
A reliable and proactive approach to work

Pay review after 6 months
Discretionary Profit Share Scheme
Full-time hours with an early finish on Fridays:
Monday-Thursday: 07:30-16:15
Friday: 07:30-12:00
