An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Estimator or someone early in their estimating career to join a growing contractor specialising in decorating and passive fire works.
Perfect for someone looking to develop under experienced estimators and progress quickly.
🔧 The Role:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
- Reviewing drawings and project specifications
- Gathering supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Supporting senior estimators with live tenders
- Maintaining tender documentation and records
- Learning full estimating lifecycle
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction (admin, trainee estimator, assistant level)
- Ideally exposure to decorating, interiors, or passive fire
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good IT skills (Excel, etc.)
- Ambition to build a long-term career in estimating
