Outbound Customer Service Representative (High Wycombe)

What you’ll be doing:

Making outbound calls to existing customers (min. 30 per day)

Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs

Cross-selling and upselling products from a portfolio of 35,000+ items

Working towards targets for calls, revenue, and conversion

Supporting with customer queries, orders, and account management
