This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous workshop or paint prep experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for a secure, long-term position.
The Role
As a Paint Preparation Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning and filling

Assisting the paint spraying process to achieve a high-quality finish

Mixing paints and supporting colour matching when required

Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace

Following health & safety procedures at all times

40-hour week:

About You
We’re looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience in paint preparation, paint spraying or a similar role
