About the Role
We are currently recruiting a School Cleaner on behalf of a local school in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is an agency‑led position, offering reliable work within a school environment and ongoing support from a dedicated agency team.
The role plays a vital part in ensuring the school remains clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas

Cleaning and sanitising toilets and wash areas

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely

Replenishing soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies

Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures

Maintaining high cleaning standards in line with school requirements
Requirements

Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Understanding of hygiene and health & safety standards

Enhanced DBS certificate required (or willingness to obtain one through the agency)
