School Administrator – School Experience Required

Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a busy and supportive school environment?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-organised school seeking a confident and proactive School Administrator to join their team. This is a key front-facing role, so previous experience working within a school setting is essential.
The Role:
You will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, acting as a first point of contact for parents, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the school reception and handling enquiries (phone, email and face-to-face)

Maintaining accurate pupil records and databases

School system knowledge (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom)

Supporting attendance, admissions and general administrative processes

Assisting with safeguarding and compliance documentation

Liaising with staff, parents and external agencies

General office duties to support the wider school team
Requirements:

Previous experience working in a school office is essential

Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
