💷 Rate: £15.35 per hour (PAYE)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to support day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and previous helpdesk experience to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming helpdesk queries and requests
- Logging, tracking, and resolving issues efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Helpdesk Administrator (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Occasional weekend work required, supporting events such as football matches and concerts (paid as overtime)
