We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Weighbridge Operative to join a food manufacturing business local to Mildenhall. This is a varied role that combines weighbridge duties with laboratory support, stock control, and general site operations.
Working Hours:

Monday to Wedensday & Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm

Thursdays 06:00am - 5:00 pm

Flexibility required to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays when needed paid overtime
Key Responsibilities:

Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording weights

Creating delivery documentation and packs

Supporting laboratory operations, including wheat testing

Carrying out stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records

Assisting with general site duties as required
Requirements:

Comfortable working at heights (role involves climbing ladders during stock takes)

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Flexible and willing to support across different areas of the business
