Role Overview:
We are urgently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support void property works, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of trade works with a focus on carpentry
Kitchen and bathroom fitting/repairs
General maintenance and refurbishment tasks
Working efficiently alongside other trades on site
Ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and within deadlinesRequirements:
Strong carpentry background (essential)
Kitchen and bathroom experience (preferred)
Social housing or maintenance experience (preferred)
Own van and tools (essential)
Valid DBS
Working at Heights
