General Operative
Location: Letchworth
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Job type: Temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
About the Role
We are recruiting a General Operative on behalf of our client, a well established print company based in Letchworth. This is a temp to perm, full time role in a fast paced production environment where you will be trained across multiple areas, giving you the opportunity to become a multi skilled team member.

What You’ll Do
• Support the day to day running of the print production process
• Operate and monitor machinery after full training
• Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Handle materials and finished products safely and efficiently
• Assist with packing, labelling, and dispatch
• Use basic IT systems to track jobs and production updates
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and production targets
• Identify and report any issues or faults to supervisors
