Hales Group are recruiting for a Mill Labourer to join a well‑established client based near Fakenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on, varied role and wants to be part of a small, friendly and supportive team where everyone works together to get the job done.
You will play a key part in ensuring the site runs smoothly, supporting production targets and contributing to the overall performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of manual labour tasks across the mill
Cleaning and pressure washing equipment and work areas
Weighing and mixing ingredients accurately
Loading raw materials by hand
Maintaining high attention to detail
Following all health & safety procedures
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
To be considered for the role of Mill Labourer you will need:
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Happy to work in a hands‑on, sometimes dirty environment
Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
Able to follow instructions and maintain good attention to detail
Location: Walsingham, Fakenham
Pay Rate: £14.96 per hour, enhanced OT rates
Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Week 1: Monday - Thursday (6pm - 6am)
Week 2: Mon - Wed (6am - 6pm), Friday - Sunday (6pm - 6am),
Week 3: Thursday - Sunday (6am - 6pm)
Week 4: Week off
Contract: Temporary ongoing
