Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense claims accurately and on time

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries

Handle customer and supplier queries related to accounts

Support payroll processing as required

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an accounts or finance-related role

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Experience using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP – or similar)
