Quality Operative / Parts Inspector – West Byfleet, Surrey
£40,000 – £45,000 + Overtime
We are seeking a Quality Operative / Parts Inspector to join a growing precision engineering business, supporting the inspection of high-precision machined components.
Key Responsibilities:

First-off, patrol, and final inspection

Assist with inspection reports (AS9102 FAIRs)

Check quality documentation and certificates

Deburring/polishing of high-value components

Support quality and production teams as required
Requirements:

Experience inspecting machined components

Familiarity with inspection equipment (CMM, gauges, hand tools, microscopes)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Engineering qualification (NVQ/ONC/BTEC) desirable

Team player with a flexible approach
