Fleet Administrator – Humber View
Salary: £28,000 per year | Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator with experience in fleet management or administration to keep our vehicles running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, attention to detail, and keeping operations on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate company vehicles, ensuring compliance and availability

Track maintenance, MOTs, servicing, and repairs, escalating issues proactively

Monitor fuel usage, costs, and vehicle performance

Resolve fleet-related issues quickly and efficiently

Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting

Liaise with garages, insurers, lease companies, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:

Previous fleet management or administration experience (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities

Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data tracking

Effective communicator across teams
