Finance Administrator
Tech Professionals Ltd is a specialist engineering and project support recruitment business, focused on supplying engineers, technicians, and other skilled professionals across the offshore, subsea, and maritime sectors.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to support payroll preparation, data management, and invoicing processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator looking to transition into a more finance-focused role, with the chance to develop hands-on experience across payroll and accounts within a growing business.
The Role

Managing and validating data in Excel

Supporting monthly payroll processes, including timesheets and expenses

Using Xero to generate client invoices

Preparing BACS payments and maintaining accurate banking records

Reviewing rates withing Contractor and Client Contracts to ensure accurate billing and payroll
Skills & Experience

Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with data and formulas

Previous experience in administration (payroll or invoicing experience is advantageous)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
