Manufacturing Operative
Location: Hinckley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production team based in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing, with full training provided.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are assembled to a high standard while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assembling components accurately in line with specifications

Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines

Assisting with stock organisation and inventory within the warehouse

Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
About You

Previous experience in manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential

Able to follow instructions carefully and work with attention to detail

Well-organised with a positive and proactive attitude

A strong team player with good communication skills
