Warehouse & Forklift
Looking to take the next step in your career within a fast-paced and supportive environment? We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Warehouse & Forklift Operative to play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing:
Safely handling, loading, unloading, and stacking materials
Operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck)
Reviewing previous day's output and ensuring production lines are fully supplied
Maintaining a consistent flow of materials to the assembly line using Kanban systems
Transporting materials efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and organised
Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks
Using computers and radios to support clear communication
Working collaboratively to meet daily targets while adhering to health and safety standardsWhat We're Looking For:
Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licences
Ability to perform heavy lifting and remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and good teamwork skillsWhat's in It for You:
Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Competitive pay: £13.21-£13.71 per hour, depending on licences
