The Role

Handling inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels

Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently

Managing complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Updating systems and maintaining accurate records

Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues
