We’re working with a fast-growing, dynamic business who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Clear progression into Key Account Management
The role:
You’ll be the go-to person for customers - managing enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and accurately. This is a varied, all-in position where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Preparing quotes and following up to maximise conversions

Processing orders and liaising closely with the warehouse team

Managing customer records via CRM and Sage

Building strong relationships with key accounts
-
Resolving issues quickly and keeping customers updated
You’ll also support across the wider business when needed - whether that’s helping the sales team, office function, or even getting stuck in operationally to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a B2B customer-facing role

Confident communicator with a great telephone manner

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, hands-on attitude

Experience with CRM systems and ideally Sage
