Role Overview
Install, maintain and repair hospitality and catering equipment across the estate
Carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive issues and breakdowns
Work on dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, glasswashers and refrigeration equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs across domestic and commercial systems
Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards
Accurately record maintenance activity using the CMMS system
What We're Looking For
Experience in an appliance, catering equipment or facilities engineering role
Confident, polite and respectful, with a professional approach in guest‑facing areas
Able to work independently, managing workload and prioritising tasks
Strong fault‑finding skills with a practical, methodical mindset
Flexible when required for on‑call or out‑of‑hours work
Skills & Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Gas Safe or manufacturer equipment training advantageous, not essential
