The Role
We’re looking for someone to join us in a hands-on customer service and sales support role.
This isn’t a call centre job — it’s a position where you’ll:

speak directly with customers

process and manage orders

help identify the right products
-
take ownership of enquiries from start to finish
You’ll be working in a technical, product-based environment, learning about filtration products and supporting customers in making the right decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Preparing quotations and following up where required

Supporting customers with product identification and selection

Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams

Maintaining accurate records using Sage 50, CRM, and internal systems

37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
